This is actually at Albertson's park. they do have a few similar looking spots by the water though.

yes, he recycled the materials and threw together this traditional samurai robe himself.

Very resourceful, my dad's made some of his own costumes. He has a mad scientist costume and table for his DJ business he made out of stuff he got off Ebay and other things he had on hand.
